Charles is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A) who sees clients from all over the state of North Carolina. Charles received his training through the Hickory Veteran Affairs after he earned a bachelor's and Masters degree in Social Work from Appalachian state in 2020. He has worked in a variety of settings, from psychiatric hospitals to community mental health agencies. He is the owner of Clear Path Wellness. Charles is highly active with the Veteran population as well as community mens’ work. 

Charles works with individuals age 18 and up. He specializes in treating men's issues, behavioral addictions, work-related burnout, life transitions, trauma, marital-couples. Charles also treats mood issues such as Insomnia, PTSD, Anxiety and Depression. Many of his clients are in healthcare, law enforcement, manufacturers, teachers, or first-responders. He favors solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapies that help empower clients and facilitate change.
